What does a normal day look like for you?
No two days are ever the same. As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, my role involves a diverse range of responsibilities focused on ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. This includes tasks from managing effective multinational logistics and coordinating with suppliers to optimising each part of our supply chain process.
Each day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth. I’m thrilled to work with the experienced and knowledgeable Eco Flexibles team. I thrive in a fast-paced environment, where I’m constantly learning and adapting to meet the evolving needs of our business and our customers.
What do you love about working at Eco Flexibles?
From my perspective as Supply Chain Co-ordinator, one of the aspects I truly appreciate about the company is its unwavering commitment to quality. Eco Flexibles showcases how a well-managed supply chain is pivotal in supporting packaging sustainability, never compromising on its quality standard.
The achievement of Grade AA accreditation in our British Retail Consortium (BRC) audits for the last three consecutive years is a testament to our dedication to excellence and quality.
Our success in the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody audit, with zero instances of non-conformance in our recyclable paper and fibre supply chain, further demonstrates our commitment to complete supply chain performance.
These accreditations are not just badges of honour; they represent our ongoing effort to ensure that every aspect of our supply chain aligns with our values and commitment to packaging sustainability. They show our customers that Eco Flexibles is a company that cares and always has the ‘bigger picture’ in mind.
What excites you about the flexible packaging delivered by Eco Flexibles?
The sustainability-focused approach to flexible packaging at Eco Flexibles is exciting and knowing that our efforts are contributing to a more secure future for everyone, by reducing waste and promoting recyclability, is incredibly motivating.
From versatile pouches that delight consumers to film-on-a-reel products for VFFS and HFFS applications, the innovative recyclable solutions we’re developing are truly world-class. Being part of a company that is at the forefront of sustainable packaging development fills me with pride and enthusiasm for the work we do.
